Valentine’s Day Couple’s Special For $110
This menu (available February 14th & 15th) is designed with sharing in mind! Each couple will select one appetizer, two entrees, and one dessert. Every entree is served with a garden salad, freshly baked bread with herb-whipped butter, and choice of either house mashed potatoes or vegetable du jour. Entrees marked with an asterisk* have the side item listed within the description and are not offered with mashed potatoes or vegetable du jour. Guests may also order individual items a la carte.

Appetizers (Select One):
French Onion Soup – Caramelized onions and beef consommé topped with a crouton and Wisconsin Gruyere Swiss. $12
Shrimp Cocktail – A quartet of jumbo shrimp served in a chilled glass with horseradish cocktail sauce and lemon wedge. $14
Black & Bleu Beef Tips – Blackened Certified Angus Beef tips served on a toasted crostini and topped with bleu cheese crumbles. Finished with a drizzle of veal au jus. $15
Angels on Horseback – Jumbo Sea Scallops wrapped in Applewood smoked bacon. Served with butternut squash puree, sweet potato straws, and Kentucky bourbon sauce. $16
Mini Carolina Crab Cakes – Two miniature crab cakes made from jumbo blue crab claws, peppers, scallions, and Japanese breadcrumbs. Served with a spicy remoulade, fresh lemons, and local microgreens. $14
Fried Green Tomatoes – Green tomatoes dipped in buttermilk, fried golden brown, and served over red pepper coulis. Finished with a sweet onion marmalade, goat cheese, and local microgreens. $13
Blackened Lollipop Lamb Chops – Pan-seared with Creole spices and served with sweet potato fries.
Finished with a chipotle aioli. $14

*Lobster Bechamel – Fresh pulled lobster, sautéed grape tomatoes, garlic asparagus, and gulf shrimp served over penne pasta with our homemade bechamel sauce and fresh truffles. $39
*Australian Rack of Lamb – Mustard-rubbed grilled rack of lamb served with sweet potato mash, sautéed garlic spinach, tomato jam, and bacon-bourbon demi-glace. $41

The Triple Crown – A tower of chocolate that begins with a cookie crust then a layer of chocolate ganache and chocolate mousse. Finished with homemade chocolate sauce. $13
Plantation Pecan Pie – Chocolate, walnut, and pecan pie served oven-warm with two scoops of vanilla bean ice cream. Finished with caramel and chocolate drizzle. $11
Twin Peanut Butter Pies – Creamy peanut butter center with peanut butter candy topping served on a chocolate cookie crumb crust. Finished with caramel sauce, chocolate sauce, and a dollop of fresh whipped cream. $12
