Valentine’s Day Couple’s Special For $99

This special Valentine’s Day menu is designed with sharing in mind!  Each meal is served with a garden salad, fresh baked bread with whipped herb butter, and your choice of either mashed potatoes or vegetable du jour. Each guest will choose an entrée AND either an appetizer or a dessert.

Guests may also choose menu items a la carte.  Entrees with *asterisk have side item listed in description.


French Onion Soup – Caramelized onions and beef consommé topped with a crouton and Wisconsin Gruyere Swiss. $10

Spinach & Pear Salad – Baby spinach, honey-poached pear slices, toasted hazelnuts, dried cranberries, shaved red onion, blue cheese crumbles, and sweet onion vinaigrette. $10

Beef Carpaccio – Tender cuts of filet mignon sliced paper thin. Served with the finest Italian extra virgin olive oil, aged balsamic, Dijon mustard, parmigiana reggiano, and fresh basil. $13

Crab & Shrimp Dip – Oven baked savory seafood topped with parmesan dill breadcrumbs. Served with grilled flatbread wedges. $12

Mini Carolina Crab Cakes – Two miniature crab cakes made from jumbo blue crab claws, peppers, scallions, and Japanese breadcrumbs. Served with a spicy remoulade, fresh lemons, and local microgreens. $14

Beet Salad – Roasted golden and red beets with goat cheese, micro herbs, white truffle honey, and toasted pumpkin seeds. $12

Oysters on the Half Shell – Freshly shucked Louisiana oysters on salted ice. Served with fresh lemons, mignonette, and wasabi sorbet. $13

Oysters Thoroughbred – Baked Louisiana oysters topped with wilted spinach, Applewood smoked bacon, bell peppers, onions, Japanese breadcrumbs, and béarnaise sauce. $14

Fried Green Tomatoes – Green tomatoes dipped in buttermilk and fried golden brown. Topped with prosciutto-wrapped mozzarella and red pepper jam. $12

Blackened Lollipop Lamb Chops – Pan-seared with Creole spices and served with sweet potato fries.

Finished with a chipotle aioli. $12


Angus Ribeye & Jumbo Shrimp – 16 oz. Black Angus ribeye with herb butter and five sautéed jumbo shrimp. Served with your choice of mashed potatoes or vegetable du jour. $49

Surf & Turf – 8 oz. center cut filet mignon paired with a 6 oz. Certified Maine lobster tail. Served with drawn butter, demi-glace, and choice of mashed potatoes or vegetable du jour. $47

*USDA Prime Grade New York Strip – 14 oz. coffee-encrusted strip steak served with a three-cheese vegetable gratin. $50

*Australian Rack of Lamb – Mustard-rubbed grilled rack of lamb with mashed sweet potatoes, sautéed spinach, spiced pears, and cabernet demi-glace. $44

Duck a la Orange – Oven-roasted half Peking duckling served with our Chef’s orange citrus glaze and your choice of mashed potatoes or vegetable du jour. $38

Grouper Nantua – Breaded and pan-fried local Black Grouper served with five jumbo garlic shrimp. Finished with a lobster stock, dill, and Roma tomato cream sauce. Served with your choice of mashed potatoes or vegetable du jour. $37

*Twin Tail Dinner – Two 6 oz. Certified Maine Lobster tails served with three cheese vegetable gratin, drawn butter, and fresh lemons. $42

*Colossal Crab Cake Dinner – Two colossal lump blue crab cakes, pan-seared with wilted spinach, butternut squash puree, and Chardonnay mustardo. $36

Bacon-Wrapped Salmon Oscar – Fresh Atlantic salmon, wrapped in Applewood smoked bacon topped with asparagus, crab meat, and béarnaise sauce. Served with your choice of mashed potatoes or vegetable du jour. $36

Prime Rib – Slow roasted cut of boneless prime ribeye served with au jus and your choice of mashed potatoes or vegetable du jour.   Princess Cut 12 oz. – $42
