Valentine’s Day Couple’s Special For $99

This menu is designed with sharing in mind!  Each couple will select one appetizer, two entrees, and one dessert.  Every entree is served with a garden salad, fresh baked bread with herb-whipped butter, and choice of either house mashed potatoes or vegetable du jour unless marked with an asterisk*.  Entrees marked with an asterisk* have the side item listed within the description, and therefore, do not come with mashed potatoes or vegetable du jour.  Guests may also order individual items a la carte. Salad dressings: Sweet & Sour Poppy Seed, Ranch, Bleu Cheese, Italian.  



French Onion Soup – Caramelized onions and beef consommé topped with a crouton and Wisconsin Gruyere Swiss.  $10

Shrimp CocktailA quartet of jumbo shrimp served in a chilled glass with horseradish cocktail sauce and lemon wedge.  $13

Black & Bleu Beef Tips – Blackened Certified Angus Beef tips served on a toasted crostini and topped with bleu cheese crumbles.  Finished with a drizzle of veal au jus.  $14

Angels on Horseback – Jumbo Sea Scallops wrapped in Applewood smoked bacon.  Served with butternut squash puree, sweet potato straws, and Kentucky bourbon sauce.  $13

Mini Carolina Crab Cakes – Two miniature crab cakes made from jumbo blue crab claws, peppers, scallions, and Japanese breadcrumbs.  Served with a spicy remoulade, fresh lemons, and local microgreens.  $14

Beet Salad – Roasted golden and red beets with goat cheese mousse, baby spinach salad, and candied pecans.  Finished with chive oil and balsamic reduction.  $12

Oysters Thoroughbred – Baked Louisiana Gold-Band Oysters topped with wilted spinach, Applewood smoked bacon, bell peppers, onions, Japanese breadcrumbs, and béarnaise sauce.  $14

Fried Green Tomatoes – Green tomatoes dipped in buttermilk, fried golden brown, and served over red pepper coulis.   Finished with a sweet onion marmalade, goat cheese, and local microgreens.  $12

Blackened Lollipop Lamb Chops – Pan-seared with Creole spices and served with sweet potato fries.  Finished with a chipotle aioli.  $13

Oysters on the Half Shell – Freshly shucked Louisiana Gold-Band Oysters over salted ice.  Served with fresh lemons, mignonette, and wasabi sorbet.  $14


Angus Ribeye & Jumbo Shrimp – 16 oz. Black Angus ribeye with herb butter and five sautéed jumbo shrimp.  Served with your choice of mashed potatoes or vegetable du jour.  $49

Surf & Turf – 8 oz. center cut filet mignon paired with a 6 oz. Certified Maine lobster tail.  Served with drawn butter, demi-glace, and choice of mashed potatoes or vegetable du jour.  $47

*USDA Prime Grade New York Strip – 14 oz. coffee-encrusted strip steak served with a three-cheese vegetable gratin.  $50

*Australian Rack of Lamb – Mustard-rubbed grilled rack of lamb served with baby red mashed potatoes, sautéed garlic spinach, tomato jam, and bacon-bourbon demi-glace.  $40

Beer Brined Chicken Organic free-range roasted half chicken (semi-boneless) topped with thyme-scented pan jus.  Served with your choice of mashed potatoes or vegetable du jour.  $30

Grouper Nantua – Breaded and pan-fried local Black Grouper served with fivejumbo garlic shrimp.  Finished with a lobster stock, dill, and Roma tomato cream sauce.  Served with your choice of mashed potatoes or vegetable du jour. $37

Chilean Sea BassPan-seared Chilean Sea Bass served with sautéed asparagus, bamboo rice, and lemon-dill cream sauce.  $41

Prime Rib Au Jus – Slow roasted 12 oz. cut of boneless prime ribeye served with au jus and your choice of mashed potatoes or vegetable du jour.  $39
