We believe that delectable cuisine and unparalleled service deliver an unforgettable event experience. When you work with Thoroughbreds Chophouse, we’ll help you coordinate and execute every step in the event process, making sure that everything from menu design to dining service coincides with your vision.

Service Charge 

Wait Staff – $20 / hour Cook – $25 / hour Bartender – $30 / hour 

Chef – $30 / hour Maître D’ $30 / hour 

All service charges require a 3 hour minimum. One wait staff is required for every 25 guests. One bartender is required for every 50 guests.

Fried Green Tomatoes – buttermilk, parmesan, and panko encrusted green tomatoes fried and topped with prosciutto, fresh mozzarella, and raspberry pepper jam. 

Mini Crab Cakes – bite sized Lowcountry crab cakes with Chardonnay mustardo. 

Macaroni & Cheese Shells – jumbo shells stuffed with Gouda cheese, macaroni, and white truffle oil. 

Spanakopita – chopped spinach and feta cheese wrapped in phyllo dough, then baked golden brown. 

Vegetable Egg Rolls – vegetable filled Asian egg roll served with oyster sauce. 

Blackened Beef Tips – tender blackened beef tips skewered with peppers and onions. 

Thai Chicken Satay – grilled chicken skewered with coconut Thai peanut sauce and toasted pecans. 

Prime Rib Sliders – oven roasted prime ribeye with Gruyere cheese and horseradish sauce, served on Brioche.
